I'm a Realtor based out of south Florida. I have been in the business for 3 years and kicking. During Covid I found out how much I loved real estate after gaining the knowledge on REI and how to grow our wealth through Bigger pockets and local investors. Currently, I'm working on my own VA Multi Family which after reading, studying, and analyzing my own deal I'm excited to present in the near future. Who remembers their first very own deal?
