New to Bigger Pockets

Hello Everyone,

My name is Joseph Waitkevich and I am new to both bigger pockets and real estate as a whole. I saw on the introduction video that I should introduce myself to begin the networking phase. I am currently a senior Finance Major at Fairfield University. I am reading the book "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki and it gave me the aspirations to invest in real estate after graduation. For now I am just trying to learn as much as I can and create a solid network of other real estate investors. I intend to invest in multi-families to start out.

Hey Joe, welcome to the squad. Rich Dad Poor Dad is the foundation for many of us and a great book to get your mindset right. I am a newbie myself and will hopefully be closing on my first property at the end of the month. If you have any questions please reach out. Good luck and enjoy the ride.
