Hello everyone,

My name is Todd, and I've developed a bit of a real estate obsession in the last few weeks. In the next several months I plan to continue my current pace of learning. As the year progresses, I hope to grow closer to being ready to invest.

My goals are to spend the next 5 years growing capital to invest with, and when ready, switch gears to create some passive income. I'm sure my goals and plans will evolve as I learn, but that is where my sails are set towards.

I'm looking for one or more mentors that would be willing to help educate an eager, open minded rookie. I offer a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and a background in energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Thanks.

With Aloha,

Todd
