Hi All!

Just wanted to briefly introduce myself! Born and raised in the beautiful St. Petersburg, Fl. For those of you who have made the jump and recently moved here, Congrats! Happy to have you and hope you are enjoying the sunshine state! 

I am an agent and work along the gulf beaches - If you're looking to expand your investment portfolio. I know several good areas with rental income properties on the beaches/Northeast St. Petersburg and would love to talk or help with any questions you have.

I am looking to start my flipping business soon and just bought the book on flipping houses by J Scott. So far, I really do like it and would recommend to anyone looking to do the same! - if you have any book recommendations please share!
