Hey everyone!

I live in Portugal and I've been studying investing, real estate, etc for a few months now and finally decided it was time to turn theory into practice.

I decided to become a real estate agent a few months ago so I could learn even more about real estate, and I am now also starting to look for my first investment property :)

Wish me luck! And if you have any tips I'm all ears haha.
