Hey all. I am Nara Dashravdan. I am 24 years and just recently graduated from RU. I'm so excited and grateful for this opportunity. 2 years ago, Rich dad Poor dad by Robert Kiyosaki,  This book definitely changed my mindset of asset and liability. Later we discovered bigger pockets. 

My husband and I got our first property last year in October with FHA. It was not a good deal. But at the moment, we just wanted to make our feet wet because we had not any idea of housing and real estate. Now we are trying to rent the property in October. Looking forward to learning from you all and excited to meet you guys!
