Good afternoon (or what ever time frame you read this) I am Jeremy Winters. About a year ago(October will be a full year) I completely had a life change and decided to pursue a career as a real estate agent and maybe even a broker one day. In this journey so far i have found Bigger pockets (Amazing btw) and plenty of other resources (Set For Life by Scott Trench CEO of Bigger Pockets) but what i am trying to get at is....

Before I read "Set For Life" I had actually started the process w/out even reading it, but I started with faze 2 (the scale-able income part). I am in reaching distance with starting this new path but 1) i have depleted nearly all (like make me worried depleted) of my hard cash. 2) I am stuck in annalist peristalsis. And 3) Being a real estate agent means i am my own business.

My question is should i start investing now or build my real estate business save up and then start investing?

I am looking for guidance and there is not only one set path, there are many roads to a destination. Please discuss what you think is the best or right path, and most importantly help me LEARN.

Thank you and have an amazing day.
