Hello all-

My name is James and I am an aspiring real estate investor! I am a 22 year old senior finance major at UofL and have recently gained an interest in real estate investing. I've been doing a lot of research and reading and love to learn!

I don't have any financial resources to invest right away and have a below average credit score. I've read in a few places that you don't necessarily have to have credit or cash to get started but I guess that's an area I would love to learn more about!

If anyone has any advice (or if anyone from Louisville would be willing to meet up with me) it would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
