Rookie Investor south of Atlanta

Hello, just signed up for the site and after months of research I think I’m ready to dive in to a single family rental or small multi family. Probably somewhere in north Georgia but I could venture across state lines too. 

I work in media, and have a pretty good job, but I’ve decided it’s time to start getting closer to financial freedom and setting ourselves up for retirement as soon as possible. So I’d like to try to build up scale/units and cash flow as quick as I’m comfortable. 

Would love to connect with any one south of Atlanta - Peachtree City, Newnan, Fayetteville or I work in midtown Atlanta and would be willing to meet and network in the city as well.

@Bryan Leavoy I live down in Peachtree City and just purchased my 3rd SFR in May. I'm happy to help however I can.

Search Facebook for “Southside EEE”. It’s a real estate investing group that meets down in Fayetteville (when this Covid stuff isn’t going on). It’s a free option if you want to do a little networking.

If you want to join a local REIA, the South Atlanta REIA is also a good choice.
