Newbie Looking to Learn and Invest in Worcester, MA

Hi BP community, I have been listening to BP podcasts and reading guides. I want to take action to own a multi-family (3-4 units) as a house hack, in Worcester, MA. I am pre-approved and started analyzing deals. I am new to this and not really familiar with the Worcester market besides information on I found on google. I am looking for someone who is an experienced investor mentor and/or local agent familiar with the Worcester area that can guide me on the real estate journey. Appreciate any referral or word of wisdom.
