I'm a young working professional that is in the educational phase of real estate investing. Since I am too close to LA, the market is too expensive for me so my goal is to buy rental properties in low-cost areas across the country.So far, I only have a small amount of money in REITs as "experience" with real estate. I hope to meet local investors. Let's crush it!
