New investor in Minneapolis

Im a new investor in the Minneapolis area i have been looking into this for months I already know a lot but still struggle I do best with hands on learning or if someone can give me tips that would help me tremendously and I’d greatly appreciate it.

Hi @Jaiden Finckler, if you learn best by doing hands on work, have you reached out to any local wholesalers?  There are quite a few in the area that you could reach out to. Some things to think about as you start reaching out are

1. What are your strengths
2. What are your goals, be very specific
3. What are your weaknesses
4. What value can you bring to others
