New investor in Minneapolis
Im a new investor in the Minneapolis area i have been looking into this for months I already know a lot but still struggle I do best with hands on learning or if someone can give me tips that would help me tremendously and I’d greatly appreciate it.

Hi @Jaiden Finckler, if you learn best by doing hands on work, have you reached out to any local wholesalers? There are quite a few in the area that you could reach out to. Some things to think about as you start reaching out are
- What are your strengths
- What are your goals, be very specific
- What are your weaknesses
- What value can you bring to others
