Rental Property Calculator

When deciding which Bigger Pockets membership to start out with, I chose the Plus Membership because in the description it said that with the plus membership you could generate 5 calculator reports each month. However, when I click on the rental properties calculator to do an analysis it comes up with a warning that says "for Plus and Pro memberships only." This is odd because I do in fact have a plus membership. Has anyone experienced this and been able to solve it? Thanks in advance!
