New rental investor with questions
My name is Jordan Bloomingdale and I just created my account on 08/15/2020. I just would like some insight on how to begin my journey. I have a VA loan from the military and was wondering if that would be good to use. also would like to use if for acquiring a property I can rent out to multiple tenants in the San Diego area. Any info would be helpful, thanks.

@Jordan Bloomingdale that is fantastic! Utilizing a VA loan is such a great opportunity. With the VA loan, I love the house hacking strategy. You can get into a multi-family property, live in one unit and rent out the others and live for free or very minimally.
