Hey all!

I need a team in Fort Worth, TX.

I live in California and I'm looking to invest in Fort Worth, TX. I'm eager to make a deal in the next 30-45 days, but I'm in the beginning stages of my research on the area. I have family and friends in Fort Worth and San Antonio, so I've decided to bite the bullet after considering a few other cities/states.

I'm looking to brrrr a SFR. My first ever in fact.

Would love to be pointed in the direction of:

  • - Great Property Managers
  • - Other BP investors who are generally helpful and approachable (In the DFW area)
  • - Agents
  • - Wholesalers
  • - Contractors
  • - Any general (or specific) advice on the area

I realize this is a broad ask, but you all seem helpful so I'm throwing it out there.

Thanks a million.

Kayvon
