Hi there!

My name is Kaden, and I am somewhat of a real estate newbie. I held a Colorado real estate license several years ago, but unfortunately, I never did much with it. Currently, I run a small brand and marketing consultancy and am looking to dip my toe back into the real estate game part-time.

I am looking for opportunities that require a smaller initial capital outlay, and from what I can gather, it sounds like wholesaling might be one such avenue. I am open to any and all conversations and am looking forward to getting to know you all!
