Hey everybody. Just wanted to drop by and introduce myself. My name is Anton, I'm about 29 years old. Been around the forum for a few month, mostly reading and slowly educating myself on the golden information stored on these forums. I'm looking forward to reading more, and hopefully soon make my first step toward purchasing a property. Thanks to Moderators for this great forum.
