Hi,
My name is Ben. I am new to biggerpockets. I have caught up with the podcastas and I am moving forward on my first property. Meeting with the agent tomorrow, and going from there.
A couple questions:
What is the best way to set up an LLC to purchase the properties through? Online site or hand deliver the paperwork.
What are some alternatives to property management, get home insurance policy (aka. covers ac,fridge, etc.) or just save money expecting to have to cover expenses some day?
Also any tips to ask when I go to close or concensions I should ask for from the seller...I guess what is "normal"
Ben
