My name is Jacob Sanchez, I'm a 22-year-old realtor in Orange County and I am looking to expand my circle with investors in the area. I have been soaking up as much knowledge as I could this past year, weighing out different strategies and now I am looking to start my investment portfolio! I'm very interested in wholesaling, Airbnb properties, and long term rental properties whether it be with single-family housing or multi-family. But honestly hearing or talking about any and all deals intrigues me! I'm currently getting into my first property that I am going to BRRRR, but I'd love to hear about or see other deals that people are doing in SoCal and maybe work with them in the future. Not many of my friends my age are looking into investing yet so I thought this would be the best place to look to find some inspiration!
