New Investor/Agent in Maryland

Hello, My name is Marcel Sunday I have been a member of BP and have been studying the forums for about 6 months now. I am a 18 year old from Frederick Maryland and investing in real estate is what I want to make my career. I recently just finished the test to become an agent in Maryland. My mother has been an agent for Remax realty group for almost 25 years now. I am looking to spring my career, starting with wholesaling in the Baltimore area. I am looking for mentors to help me with my journey along the way, as well as fellow agents to hopefully educate me on the process.
