New Member Introduction

Hello everyone my name is Shayne and I'm from Michigans rural Upper Peninsula.  I'm not currently a real estate investor but have been ravenously reading any book related to the subject I can get my hands on and preparing myself to jump on in!  I'm currently looking at owning my first investment property before the year is done and am really excited to actually DO IT instead of just talking about wanting to do it!

I worked in construction for a couple years and am pretty knowledgeable about how to go about home renovations and repairs as I plan on doing them myself for the time being. Currently working at a siding factory but the goal is to eventually be able to do the rental real estate full time utilizing the BRRRR strategy!
