Hello everyone. Long story short, I took real estate classes about 10 years ago but before I could get started my oldest daughter decided to show up and I was laid off from my job. Now after 4 more joined her my wife and I are finally in a stable position. I really want to get into the rental market to begin with then expand from there. Thanks already for all the knowledge I've gained already from this site and the advice I hope to receive. Soon enough, I hope to be paying it forward as well.
