New to BP, looking to connect with people in Kansas City Metro

Would like to meet like minded investors in the Kansas City area. I'm interested in investing on the MO side right now.

I recently joined our local REIA and have made it to a couple meeting. I have yet to make any solid connections. That will come with time.

Right now my goal is to wholesale and flip a few properties to generate some cash flow. In turn I will be holding a few deals a year to develop my portfolio of rental properties. Currently I'm interested in single family and small multi-family dwellings.

Looking forward to sharing what I can with the group.

We have purchased 3 - VA forclosures in the past and utilized 3 different exit strategies. One we lived in for less than a year, then lease optioned it to purchase another forclosure to live in. During that we bought another VA property and fixed and flipped it.

My problem has been finding the good deals.

What is your top method for finding properties?

Thanks Bill Kennedy!
