New Dude to BP

Hello to everyone in BPland. I am Rios. I am an educator in Midland TX. I work in Odessa TX. I am a co-organizer for our local REIA called West Texas Investors Club (WTI). I am doing my best to become absorbrd in all the RE information I need to begin doing my first deal. I am 6 months into this venture. It is a bit overwhelming but I am looking forward to this paying off.

I am in the same Midland that has 3% unemployment and was #2 in highest wages per capita. Life is good for those that are positioned to take advantage of this boom. I am not in that position so the wealth has not trickled down to me.

I am trying to start my own trickle.
