New RE Agent wants to learn to invest in Denver
Hi all,
I'm a brand new real estate agent that wants to focus on RE investing, whether that's finding properties for myself to invest in or to send those deals to other investors. I've started listening to BP podcast and am learning what options are out there- but i'm curious what avenue's I should be looking into to get involved in the niche of being an agent for investors. What steps should I be taking towards learning more about investing and getting involved in my Denver real estate investment community?
Thank you!

@Lauren Miles I agree with what Cody mentioned, in that owning a rental property (or several) yourself will help you be able to relate to your investor clients. That way, you can understand what they are looking for in terms of returns, what is important to an investor vice a traditional client, and be able to extend your personal network to help them (i.e. inspectors, insurance agents, etc).
I would definitely agree that a house hack is an awesome way to get started investing in Denver!
