Hi everyone. Been on here for a while now and decided to get more involved. I am researching rental property in Mississippi, and trying to do things 100% differently. Be on the lookout for some questions and comments as I research and execute my plan. I've got a lot to learn, but happy that most of what I need to know is on this site somewhere.
