New investor in Lehigh County PA!
Hello everybody! I'm from Lehigh County Pennsylvania. I'm very interested in finally investing into a multifamily property. I'm new to investing just not totally new as I have been studying real estate for about a year now. I also have wholesaled 1 deal a couple months back but it was more of a "lucky deal." I have a lot of options I can go when it comes to investing. I can either go FHA 3.5% down and house hack or go big on a commercial property with 5+ units and put 25-30% down. I have about $100k that I can invest so I have options along with other creative ways. With that being said, I think the hardest part is finding deals near me. I have two real estate agents that sent me some properties on the MLS but there were only 10 properties on that list. Not much to pick from at all. I check Zillow and Loopnet as well. Would you guys ever consider development or stay with what's out there? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
