I'm a Marine Corps infantry veteran (9-years, OEF) currently working as a Financial Analyst for an oil major. I have a BS in Finance, as well as an MBA. Historically, my investing focus has been on equity markets. I've outperformed the S&P 500 for five consecutive years, to include the COVID-19 induced downturn (the real test). I also do a bit of P2P lending, which is an interesting and fun market.

As for real estate, I own some farmland which I intend to hold forever, and own my current home. I'd like to shift my investing focus to real estate and am looking to start by flipping 1 or 2 houses a year in order to learn.
