I'm Edward Chan. I am a Michigan State engineering grad (GO GREEN!) with an interest of owning and investing in real estate. Very new to the rental property investment game. Planning to buy my first rental property soon (not sure on MFH or SFH). Originally from Michigan, but I reside in the DMV area currently.
