Hi all I'm Jacob, I'm new to REI . I have a business partner and we are looking at homes, getting flyers posted and trying to figure out what the best financing is. I have tried other sites trying to find another partner who would kinda guide us through that part. But for now I'm thinking well go with a hard money loan,and see how that works if anyone knows of any awesome deals in nw Ohio please let me know.
