New Wholesaler in VA
Greetings to BiggerPockets members! My name is Alex and I'm new to wholesaling but a quick learner. I'm in Richmond, VA and interested in meeting new people and learning as much knowledge as possible regarding wholesaling and virtual wholesaling. Besides being licensed (re-activating tomorrow), I'm familiar with online marketing, SEO, etc. Within the last month I've got a site that is already generating multiple leads ( 4 in Virginia and about 10 in other states) so I'm looking to network within Virginia and in other markets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

Thanks for those articles Brandon. Good info in there. Chris and Tom I will definitely make it to those meetings. I am aware of them, just couldn't make that last couple due to my schedule. I know the knowledge being passed around there is valuable, not the mention the "Deal Maker" meetings. I'm currently working on my buyers list and getting my first deal under contract. Thanks again for the tips/advice!
