New to BP and Eager to Learn

BP,

In short, the company I worked for laid-off thousands of people a few months ago due to COVID cutbacks, and I was part of the many unlucky people. It's strange to think this way, but the lay-off was a blessing.  This time-off has gifted me the opportunity to throw all my commitment and passion into real estate.

Now, I have an atypical predicament. A few years ago, I saved a bit of money and bought a place in SoCal. Recently, I sold it for a considerable return. My thought was to wait a year and purchase a single-family home with my wife initially. However, our goals have changed recently. I realize this is the time to seize an extraordinary and rare opportunity to learn how to invest and build long-term wealth through real estate.

I'm not sure what exactly is the next investment yet. So, if you are a seasoned investor in the LA market, let's talk. It'd be great to learn from you and possibly team up on a deal that makes sense.
