How to get my cabin refinanced Johnson Valley CA

Hi everyone,

I own two rental properties one in Los Angeles California, and another one in Las Vegas NV. Both have mortgages, I enjoyed managing both, and because of that. Last year I bough a cabin with 5 acres in Johnson Valley California, it was a cash purchase. I completely remodeled the cabin. (Installed new roof, replaced all windows, and doors. I installed all the electrical wiring, insulation, and drywall, created a bathroom, closet, and kitchen. I installed a septic tank and a pump for water. I painted the outside and inside of the cabin).

I rented the cabin for $1,300 per month. I had a lot of fun remodeling the property, I recently learned about the BRRRR (Buy, Rehab, Rent, Refinance, Repeat). I liked this strategy and I'm planning to buy another cabin and start all over again. I'm stuck in the refinance step, I don't know where to go to get my cabin refinanced? I hope someone will be able to help me. Thank you for your time!
