Evicting tenants during covid-19

I have a property I’m interested in buying. It’s a duplex and it’ll be my very first property. I plan on using an fha loan and living in one side for a year. The problem is both sides are occupied and I or anyone around me aren’t too sure on how to go about evicting a tenant and if you can during all this.
