Indianapolis Visit Aug. 21-23

Hello BP! My wife and I will be visiting Indianapolis to look at areas to invest in, Aug. 21-23. We plan to move there for a few years and really dive into RE investing (and work my 9-5), as it is a lower market. Currently, I'm looking into BRRRR's (hiring out contractors) in B/C areas and for when we move, I'd like to have a light fixer-upper in an A/B area (according to the investing guide) for us to live in. I'm hoping to connect with anyone who lives in the area and could provide their input in exchange for lunch! Look forward to visiting and chatting.
