I am a commercial real estate broker in NYC who is going to pivot and relocate to a secondary city (PHX, ATX, DFW) to do MF investing/syndication later this year or early next. I would love to connect with folks out in PHX this weekend or early next week, I am in town from Friday to Tuesday so if anyone is interested in meeting up to network and talk about the PHX market I would love that.
