Introduction (New To Real Estate Arizona)

Hi Everyone,

I’d like to introduce myself to the world of BiggerPockets. My name is Abhi Kotti and I am a senior at Arizona State University (Barrett the Honors College) double majoring in Finance and Supply Chain Management. I am also pursing a minor in Economics, and certificates in International Business & Data Analytics.

The past year I have become very interested with Real Estate Investing and everything about it. I have read numerous books, analyzed many deals, listened to about 100 hours of podcasts, watched many BP webinars, and am always scouting around BP forums/blogs.

I would really like to thank BiggerPockets, Brandon Turner, and everyone in this community for the amazing confidence, motivation, and leadership! The first step to my plan is to start off house hacking right upon graduation Summer 2021 (hopefully a home with a casita) by leveraging my future job offer into a loan. The sky is the limit for me after that!

I’m from Arizona, and would love to connect with agents, lenders, home inspectors, wholesalers, and contractors! If any of you all would like any help with your systems, I would gladly be willing to leverage my skills and provide value in any way possible.
