Attorney/CPA needed for estate planning in Long Beach, CA

I'm looking to find a referral for an attorney (or CPA?) that specializes in estate/asset protect planning. My elderly father needs to put together a trust for his primary residence but we've talked about leveraging the equity in the property now to help purchase a primary residence for myself. From what I understand, I would need to be added to the deed now, otherwise I'd have to wait 6 months for a seasoning period to refinance the property under the trust. Any referrals or guidance would be appreciated! Thank you!
