Hello, My name is Jabari. My wife and I, are starting a REI business in NC. We are interested in reviewing a sample business plan. A plan that will be helpful in covering Hard money lending, Possible Bank Funding and other investors. We are a start-up company and using our own money for flips and maybe rentals down the line.
