Hello everyone. I am a former US Army officer and current LEO in Tucson, AZ. I have been interested in real estate investing for a while now and only recently have decided to begin taking action. I am currently in the research and knowledge gathering phase and have already found several threads on wholesaling/rehabbing very helpful. I look forward to being an active member in this community and learning more about how this all works.
