 I wanted to talk to you about the wholesaling market in the area. I'm currently in the Dallas market but I've been thinking about moving to Canton Ohio. What formula are properties going for there? 70 cents on the dollar? How many deals are you guys closing a month? What kind of ratios are you experiencing? ie How many sellers do you have to talk to in order to get a deal. I appreciate any information you guys can provide.
