New to the community

Hi Guys,

   My name is David Gowan-Smith.  Im a Canadian who moved to Mexico started a construction company and now has moved into the real estate side of things down here.  We live and operate in Bacalar, Quintana Roo, Mexico area and i am looking forward to seeing if anyone else on the forum operates and or lives abroad.   Also how many things realative to the United States are the same here or different.  I hope to pick and choose various tools, contacts and knowledge from the forum and apply them here.
