Hi all! I'm new to BP and thoroughly enjoying every tidbit I've gleaned from the forums and podcasts so far. I wanted to say hi and see if there are any other investors in Southwest Florida? I'm new to REI and looking to start with a BRRR locally in the next 60 days, also interested in out of state investing. What are you all up to?
