Hello BP world! My name is Max from Philadelphia and I am a few flips into a young real estate investing career.

My wife and I have successfully flipped 3 single family homes and we own 1 duplex rental property. My goals are to expand our business greatly over the next 12 months and continue that growth moving forward.

I am seeking folks to network with both in and out of Philly. There is no substitute for experience and I am hoping to pick as many brains as possible to draw on your experience.

Specifically I am now interested in learning more about sourcing deals outside of traditional venues (MLS, Craigslist, etc.) and securing creative forms of financing. Hopefully I can talk to some of you soon.
