Becoming a Foreclosure Specialist?
Hey Everyone,
I've been a licensed agent in Michigan for about a year now. I feel like I could better service my clients if I could have insight into the foreclosure market. I have cash investors looking for flips and even first time home buyers looking for a good deal.
Anyone have recommendations on how to get started?
