Is there someone willing to help me invest in my first property?

Im 19 and a homeless student with no parents. I know I don’t want to be in the rat race my whole life and owning property is a really great way to go. But because im young and dont have a lot of momey or great credit or two years work of experience at a Job I know getting a loan isnt the way to go. I either have to find a way to save a lot of cash or find an investor. And even if nobody wants to invest with me I understand but Id be happy to have an investor at least share their knowledge with me so that I can really be successful with this
