So iv done a few deals , If tried FB Adds Yellow letters , pink letters , Haven't done much cold calling yet i know i should. But anyway my end goal is Rentals SFR or Mobile home parks but not sure about financing how do i get my first property? I got capital for downs. Is hard money then BRRR the best step. Any info and friendships are welcome. Im a hustler and trying to get financial freedom. Guess i just need some guidance
