Hello!!! My name is Chris Manganello and I am very excited to be joining your community today. For some quick background information, I am 31; I live in Denver Colorado, and have a 4 year old son and wife. I am looking to invest in real estate with my Father Jim and my brother Colin. I work full time in the information technology field and have been @ my job for about 9 years. My brother and my father both do upscale custom remodels in the Greater Denver Area mainly on Older Victorian Style houses but not limited. They are currently very successful in what they do but are often reminded daily that there is a lot of opportunity out there pertaining to real-estate and investments and they do a lot of work for people who solely invest in real-estate. We are not looking to get rich quick our goal is to shift some of our savings into real estate investment, and from what we've discussed at this point we are looking to purchase and put a little bit of work into a property and follow the buy & hold/land lording method and eventually repeat this process to obtain multiple properties which we will maintenance and keep up with on a regular basis, years down the road we would not be opposed to selling these properties, we would like to re-invest whatever return we see in the near future into current or future real-estate investments. We are beginners who are open to suggestions and criticism, and we are not set on any sort of buying method, lender (bank or private investor), or property type, we are all loyal individuals who understand that success takes hard work and time and we all have proven success in our current fields and have strong work ethic, but realize that we are somewhat naive with real estate investments and would very much appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.. We have a lot of resources in the construction field from our current positions that we believe will be an asset to our real estate investments. We all have own or are currently buying personal properties that we live in.
