New Rehabber from Mid-Michigan

Hi everybody! My name is Liam Hickey and I'm from Grand Ledge, MI. I've been doing carpentry and handyman work with my family for my whole life but just recently got my contractors license.

This past spring, my fiance and I bought an old house in Grand Ledge that needed some serious fixing and that's been my project for the past few months during quarantine. 

Im hoping to get into some renovations and some fix in flips in the future as well as have some rentals eventually as well.
