Hello Bigger Pockets Community! I just wanted to introduce myself, I am a pharmacist in Erie, PA, new to investing, and still stuck in the “analysis paralysis” stage. I am hoping to buy my first rental property this year. I am studying for my real estate license as well.

@Chris Levarek Thank you! Those are great tips! I have been listening to many Bigger Pockets podcasts and have read a lot of books on real estate. I’ve used the BP calculator a lot to analyzes properties too. Hopefully we will find one soon! Thanks for your post!
